FAQ – LOJA VM7 Sales Policies

1. Are VM7 products original?


Yes. All items available in the online store are original VM7 items. Images may show slight variations in color or size, and sales are subject to availability.

2. What payment methods are accepted?


We accept credit/debit cards, MB WAY, Multibanco Reference, bank transfer, and M-Pesa (for customers in Mozambique). All orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

3. How long does delivery take?


• In Portugal and the European Union: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
• In Mozambique: Estimated 10 to 20 business days (depending on customs and carrier).
Outside the European Union, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Can I return or exchange an item?


Yes. You have up to 14 days after receiving the item to return or exchange it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the tags intact.


5. Are there products that cannot be returned?


Yes. Customized or promotional products are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.


6. Who bears the return costs?


Return costs are borne by the customer, except when the error is VM7's or in the case of a manufacturing defect.


7. How long does the refund take?


Once we receive and validate the returned item, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method used.


8. Do the products have a warranty?


Yes. All VM7 products are legally guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by incorrect use, natural wear and tear or inadequate maintenance is not covered.


9. How is my personal data used?


The data provided is used only for billing, shipping, and order contact. We never share data with third parties without your consent.
